She liked how it was positioned in her bedroom and believed its grey color would fit most modern homes. However, she did point that it’s not an ideal idea to rock a smaller baby because it can set an unhealthy habit that can affect later sleep patterns.
The Tutti Bambini CoZee
The Tutti Bambini CoZee best bedside cot crib is designed to give you an uninterrupted night’s sleep. It has a drop-side rail that is easily removed for feedings at night without having to disturb your little one or get up It’s perfect for breastfeeding mothers! It’s also lightweight, making it easy to move around the house during naps and when traveling.
We love that it’s made from soft materials with mesh sides that breathe, which aids in airflow and comfort. It’s available in charcoal and oak, with a range of melange fabric options that blend well with most decor styles. Anna discovered that it was sturdy and secure after being affixed to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secured to ensure security. It took Anna around 10 minutes to put it together and did not require any tools. There are clear instructions as well as a video, and a customer support number if you encounter any issues.
The CoZee crib is equipped with all the features you’d think of in a crib for your bedside, including the ability to connect it to your existing bed using a stay-in-place connection system. This is one of Chicco’s more expensive alternatives. However, it comes with a lot of excellent features. It can be used either a side-sleeper or a standalone crib that is suitable for babies from birth to six months. It is easy to open and close the side panel using a brand new mechanism. It’s also more flexible than its predecessor with 11 different height levels and retractable feet for a secure place under any bed.
Our testers loved the easy access the side panel provides that can be flipped up and down by pressing a button. This was an enormous help during feeding times at night, as it meant they could easily reach inside and pick up their baby without disturbing them.
The side panel can be lifted by itself, too, but it’s not recommended as this increases the chance of your child falling out of the cot. The safety locking system makes sure that the side panel will stay down if it is attached correctly to the mattress of the parent. This feature is great for peace of mind if you breastfeed and require frequent feedings at night.
Telescopic legs enable the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed including divan bases as well as beds with drawers. It also has an option to tilt to help babies who are refluxy and a rocking mode to bring them back to sleep after feeding. It’s also very spacious and offers excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.
The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our test subjects, despite the lengthy instruction manual. It is a little heavier than other side-sleepers, but it can still be easily moved from one area to another. It’s also foldable into a travel bag, which is great for those who want to transport it. The only downside our testers noticed was that the side panel didn’t flex like some of the other models, making it a little harder to see your baby from your bed.

It took us around an hour to complete and was relatively easy to put together. The only downside to the instructions was that some images were not captioned. This made it difficult to follow. However, overall it was a straightforward process and the quality of materials used was high.
The Shnuggle Air is a great option for women who are breastfeeding or have had an e-csection. It lets them reach out and touch their baby to comfort them and feeding without having to leave their bed. It’s also great for those who wish to avoid the stress of getting into and out of a traditional cot, or placing their baby down for a nap.
In our tests we observed the gliding motion of the next-to-me crib to be extremely beneficial in lulling babies back to sleep after midday and nighttime feeds. The drop-down side can be easily accessed to feed or calm babies in the middle of the night and was a major draw for our exhausted test mothers. The Joie Roomie Glide is a sleek and functional crib that doesn’t rock, or have extra features such as a sound machine.
